 My favorite place is city center. There are a lot of a good shops. For example, zara, H＆M, a souvenir shops etc,,,!!

 

 My best  shop is Cath Kidoston. It's a very cute shop.I bought a bog this shop.

2. From Ayaka, Miho and Yuka; What is the most delicious food (or your favourite food) in York?

 It's a chocolate pudding.It look like Chocolate cake and fresh cream. 

 I often eat at after dinner!

 We traveled in Paris and London. Please look in my blog. 

 Yes, I do. I bought some close etc,,!!

4. From Mami: Is Bonfire Night held every year?

 Yes! UK people are enjoying some fireworks in October.

5. From Megumi and Natsuki: Have the illuminations gone out in York?

 Yes! It's just the Christmas season! There were a lot of the beautiful Christmas  tree.

I saw a Koryo's Christmas tree. It was very big tree! I was suprised!

6. From Nagisa and Azusa: How are your homestays? (*Azusa will go to New Zealand for a month in February, so any advice you might have for her about staying with a host family would be lovely!! ~ Andrea)

 I became nice now when I was so nervous the first. Don't be auxiety!

 It's a Bronte sisters. They are a novelist.

 

 I went to Rie's house. we ate pumpkin soup. It's a littel spicy.

 I feel a little dificult.

 

 

 

Armageddon

 We woke up at 10 o'clock. Then, we ate breakfast. After that, I watched a DVD called ARMAGEDDON. I cried at the end of story. I was thinking that everyone will die. I came back to the house at 7 o'clock. I lost my way and wandered into a strange place. I head about the way to the university from several people. I arrived home. I was relieved. Over dinner, I spoke about ARMAGEDDON. I found out that Andy loves the DVD.

Rie's house

 After school, I went to Rie's house because my host family went to a party. I have to stay at Rie's house. For dinner, we ate lasagne. It was delicious and it was smelt nice. In Japan, we use penne but in the UK, they use  a wide dough. I thought that it was different things. Moreover, in the UK, people don't put dressing on a salad. I was very surprised it. After the meal, I saw a DVD of Disney but I became sleepy so I went to bed 10 o'clock.

Japanese culture

  We went to a primary school. It was built of beautiful bricks so I thought that it was fashionable. The very cute children were playing when we arrived at the school. The first, we showed them how to make a paper crane. They made beautiful cranes. They were very clever.Then,they were learning about sushi and green tea from Ai's host mother. I was surprised that they were using chopsticks skillfully. After that, they drank a green tea. I was happy that the girl loved the green tea. Then,they ate sushi and i ate it. It was delicious though I was thinking it tasted different in Japan.

  

  I was thinking not very good things about Japanese culture when I'm living in japan not I'm abroad I think wonderful things about Japanese culture.I was studying wold history when I was a high school student because I wasn't interested in Japanese history but I want to study Japanese history and Culture in the future. I'm going to take lessons in the tea ceremony,flower arrangement and how to put on a kimono preperly at Koryo college. I am looking forward to studying it.

I am writting a newsletter about Cath Kidston. It's a popular in British.We often go to the this shop in city center. I love this shop very much. Do you like this shop?

Betty's cafe

  I explain about Betty's cafe. It is one of York's famous attractions as much as the Minster itself! Ask anyone who has visited York and they always recommend a visit to Betty's for afternoon tea. The queue outside say it all,it's worth the wait as the quality of food service is superb.

Haworth

13th

I went to the Haworth. It was raining when we arrived there so we can not walk around.

Self study day

  Today was self study day. I went to school at 9:10 because I had to talk with Victoria at 9:30.

We had to talk about something so I talked about speed skating etc,,,

 The next, I researched about Betty's cafe. I found at about Betty's history. It was lot of the history. I must speak about Betty's for assessment. It's difficult for me. 

  I have to study hard.

My Birthday Party

I invited my friend in my house.
I made some meal.

 First of all, we played cards. After that, I cooked a meal with my host mother. I cut a lot of chicken. Then,I cooked some spaghetti and some dougnnuts. After cooking I cooled them and we had toast. They sang Happy Birthday to me. I was happy though I was too shy. I got some birthday cards. After the meal, we ate birthday cake. It was delicious. Then, we talked about various things. I had a good birthday.

I went to the city center.

I bought a birthday card because I have a party tomorrow.

Roran will be 18. In the UK, 18 years old is adult though in Japan you are not an adult.

We become an adult at 20 years old.

Bonfire Night

Today, there is a Bonfire Night party at my house.

First, we saw some beautiful fireworks. It was very dangerous when I was watching the fireworks.

Then, we ate Mexican food. It's quite spicy for me but I ate everything.

The next, we played UNO. I teach her who name is Jasmin. She is seven years old.

After that,we ate apple pie. It was really delicious.

I went to Whitby. It is a sea side. I ate a fish & chips.

Today,I will teach about wedding.

Here are somethings you should know before you come to the wedding in Japan. First, you should give some money. Then, The money should into to new paper money. And,it's money should into to envelope. The envelope should wrap in my a wedding cloth. That's why friend that you should wrap money about three thousand. It's expensive, but you can get a present given to guests at a banquet. And,you should wear except white.

foot ball match

I went to go to foot ball match of Leeds vs Britain.

The result of foot ball match was 3 - 1!

 I was happy because I was cheering the  Leeds.

After the match, I saw a man who has anchor tattooed on his arm and the back of Japanese word and Leeds mark.

Designer outlet

September 28

 Today, I went to Designer outlet. It is a very big shopping center.

I bought two towels. I ate pizza on lunch. It's very delicious! After short white, we were very tired. So, we had a rest in Barbucks. I drank chocolate cream. It's an adult taste for me. After that we were talking about school etc...

 After this, I had dinner. Today,we mil eat chinese food. I enjoy dinner!

City senter

 Today, I went to city center.I mistaked in meet place..I was waiting for a long time at the bus stop. My meeting place was a church! 

 I made a big mistake. The first,I went to the Haunted house. I wasn't so scared because I hadn't understood though the ghost had said something in English. Next,We went to York Minster. A wedding was held there. The bride wore a beautiful,pure-white dress and was very beautiful. I will also be happy to put on such a beautiful stained glass window in the Minster. And,it was possible to catch some beautiful views on the tower. 

The school visitation

  The school visitation was done today. The york university is really big . I was suprised any more becouse I thought that the university i Japan to which I went was big. There were a lot of birds when walking around the campus.I'm very sad. Because I hate birds.However,there was a beautiful bird. For instance, it's a black swan. There are only white swans in Japan. I was suprised. In addition,there is a base of the self defense forces in my going to school road. I am scared passing it because I had not seen the person who has a gun in Japan.

 Surroundings of the university were a lot of greens,there were fully a building of brick,and were very beautiful. I like it very much.

Singapore

 Singapore was quite hot. I saw a lot of a flight attendant. They ware very beautiful and they were shining.  

 There were a lot of exemption from taxation.

My home town, shiojiri, is a beautiful place to live for there reasons.First, shiojiri is famouce for food. What is particuary famous food is a grape, so we can gather a lot of grapes. These were became wine, so Shiojiri is the most famouce wine. There were wine festival any number of time, the other day, an actress’s Naomi Kawashima came. There are also that learning wine in a high school. The wine name is “Alpse wine” and “Goiti wine”. Second, there are sightseeing place. The most famous place is “Naraijyuku”. Naraijyuku is important traditional building protect area. These are a lot of old historical building. Zenkoji Temple was specified for the national treasure in March, 1953. Moreover, Yamamonn and Kyodo are important cultural assets. The refusal was declared on April 18, 2008 though it was chosen as the departure type hall of the torch relay of Beijing Olympics. Shiojiri City is a city where the history exists very much. You will be able to enjoy seeing a lot of temples.

Hello! My name is Mizuki Komatsu. I’m from Nagano in Japan.Nagano is beautiful natural as if has many mountains and a lot of snow in winter so we can ski and stake.Shiojiri is about three hours by car from Koryo,which is very far. The famous event is a fireworks display in Suwa lake.A skyroket is about four thousand. Spectator is about forty five thousand.There are five people in my family.My father,mamoru,is a interior work.He is a very gentle.Mymother,Tokiko,She has good cook.My brother,Shota,is 19 years old.He can stake very well.My sister,Arisa,is 15 years old.She has interested in fashion.Now I am living by oneself.I am doing cook,clean a room,washing closes everyday.It’s so hard,but I enjoied it.I am looking forward to getting to know all of you!
